Head of ShadowNurse Cares
Lead ShadowNurse Cares, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm, to fund dedicated nurse navigation for families facing serious illness. Own strategy and execution for grants, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and partnerships with organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities and Red Tree House. Report directly to leadership and build the philanthropic foundation that allows us to serve families who need a nurse navigator most.
Requirements
- 5+ years nonprofit leadership, development, or fundraising experience
- Proven track record of securing grants and major gifts ($100K+)
- Experience building and managing nonprofit partnerships
- Familiarity with 501(c)(3) compliance, reporting, and governance
- Strong written communication for grant writing and donor stewardship
- Healthcare or patient advocacy background a plus
ShadowNurse (Remote Nurse Navigator)
Become a ShadowNurse — a dedicated nurse navigator providing virtual care coordination and advocacy for patients and families. Help clients understand diagnoses, coordinate appointments across specialists, communicate with insurance, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Flexible per diem hours, hourly pay, and full autonomy over your schedule.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- Strong care coordination and patient advocacy skills
- Comfortable with telehealth technology and digital documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-directed and highly organized
Business Development Lead, Diagnostic & Telehealth Partnerships
Drive ShadowNurse's growth through strategic partnerships with diagnostic labs, telehealth platforms, and digital health companies. Identify and close partnerships that embed nurse navigation into diagnostic and telehealth workflows, expanding access for patients while building ShadowNurse's commercial footprint. Own the pipeline from prospecting through contract execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years business development or strategic partnerships experience
- Background in healthcare, diagnostics, or digital health required
- Proven track record closing B2B partnerships or enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of telehealth, lab diagnostics, or care delivery models
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in a startup environment with ownership and ambiguity
