Ronald McDonald House Charities provides a place to stay. ShadowNurse provides the guidance to help them through.
ShadowNurse embeds dedicated nurse navigators with families staying at RMHC locations. These nurses help coordinate appointments across specialists, translate complex diagnoses into clear next steps, advocate with insurance providers, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks during the most stressful time in a family's life.

Red Tree House supports families facing serious illness by providing housing and resources during treatment. But a roof over your head is only part of the equation. Families still need someone to help them understand what comes next, fight for coverage, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
ShadowNurse partners with Red Tree House to provide nurse navigation services for their resident families. From the moment a family arrives, a dedicated nurse navigator works alongside them — attending appointments, organizing medical records, communicating with care teams, and helping families feel less alone in an overwhelming system.
