To ensure high-quality and professional presentation, please adhere to the following guidelines for your headshot submission:

File Type: JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png)
File Size: Maximum 5MB
Dimensions: Minimum 800 x 800 pixels (square format preferred)
Resolution: At least 300 DPI for clarity and sharpness
Background: Neutral or solid color background is preferred (e.g., white, gray, or light blue)
Lighting: Ensure the photo is well-lit with no harsh shadows. Natural lighting or soft studio lighting is recommended.
Pose & Attire: Front-facing, centered, and professional attire (e.g., scrubs or business casual) is encouraged.
Head/Body Position: The photo should capture the individual from the top of the head to the collarbone, with slight clearance above the head and ample space around the shoulders. This ensures a balanced and professional appearance.
Facial Expression: A neutral, friendly, or approachable expression is preferred.

Failure to meet these guidelines may delay processing or require resubmission.
