Application Process
We use rolling hiring and onboarding practices. After you’ve applied, you may not hear back from us directly regarding this wave. If you are not selected for the current hiring wave, don't worry--we will keep your application under close review for future waves.

The ShadowNurse Experience
While you are waiting to hear back from us, there is nothing to do on your end other than maintain an active account within the ‘ShadowNurse Experience’ community [this account is activated when you register with us using the button at the top of this page—STEP 1 above and then follow the instructions].

Becoming a ShadowNurse Supporter
We do give priority review and consideration to our ShadowNurse Supporters, so that is something to consider becoming if you aren't currently. Once you are registered, you should receive an email with instructions for how to become a ShadowNurse Supporter.

Not Traditional Hiring Process
If what we do seems non-traditional... it is! This is not going to feel like the hiring process you are used to. There is a reason for all of this and we ask that you trust the process. We are breaking the mold and that will feel uncomfortable at times.
